Job description


We are seeking an experienced compensation professional to join our Data Center Compensation team and support the continued growth of our global data center footprint. In this role, you will lead market intelligence and compensation analytics across a diverse, rapidly evolving workforce. You will combine external labor market insights with internal data to identify talent trends and risks, assess our competitive position, and develop actionable recommendations for Compensation, HR, Recruiting, and business leaders. This is an opportunity to go beyond traditional compensation benchmarking-using data and market intelligence to understand emerging workforce challenges and help shape compensation strategies for a fast-growing global business.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop market intelligence on compensation trends, critical skills, and geographic labor markets across the data center workforce.
  • Analyze compensation, recruiting, offer, attrition, and external market data to assess competitive positioning and identify emerging talent and compensation risks.
  • Evaluate geographic labor markets to assess talent availability, compensation levels, competitive intensity, and workforce risks for existing and future data center locations.
  • Identify critical and emerging skills where talent supply and market demand may require differentiated compensation approaches.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, models, and executive-ready insights to communicate trends, risks, and investment scenarios.
  • Partner, directly, with Compensation Consultants, (indirectly with HR, and Talent Acquisition) to translate workforce challenges into actionable analysis and recommendations.
  • Partner with Pay Architecture Design & Operations to translate market insights into compensation strategies and programs, while supporting job architecture and benchmarking needs.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting data centers, infrastructure, engineering, construction, energy, advanced manufacturing, skilled trades, or similar technical workforces.
  • Experience with labor-market analysis or workforce planning, including analysis of recruiting, offer, attrition, and compensation data.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear business insights.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in compensation, rewards, workforce analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, market benchmarking, and labor-market analysis.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including experience with compensation surveys, workforce data, and data analysis tools.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
