Job description

This position plays a key role in analyzing compensation, supporting workforce planning initiatives, and helping leaders make informed talent decisions. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, solving problems, and improving HR processes.
What You'll Do
  • Analyze market pay trends and assist with compensation recommendations.
  • Evaluate positions and support job classification and salary alignment efforts.
  • Produce reporting and insights related to compensation, staffing, and organizational trends.
  • Partner with recruiting and HR teams to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
  • Help maintain accurate employee, position, and compensation data across HR systems.
  • Assist with annual compensation planning and ongoing pay-related initiatives.
  • Support HR compliance efforts by preparing documentation and ensuring data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve reporting capabilities.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, workforce planning, finance, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
  • Experience translating data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related discipline.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking or salary survey platforms.
