Join Our Team as a Rent Collection Specialist - Help Keep Our Community on Track!
Are you meticulous, detail-oriented, and driven by the satisfaction of smooth, on-time operations? We're looking for an experienced Rent Collection Specialist to join our team and help support the financial health of our growing community.
What We're Looking For:
Experience with rent collection or property management required
Strong organizational and communication skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and resident relations
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Rent Collection Specialist, you'll be responsible for the monthly rent collection process. This includes sending out small balance letters, keeping detailed notes regarding overdue accounts, and preparing for eviction. You'll work directly with residents to resolve overdue payments and maintain organized records.

  • Excellent Base Pay : $25.00 - $28.00/hour
