A Client Support specialist is a professional who assists customers or clients by responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services. They serve as a direct point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships. Client Support specialists may communicate with clients via phone, email, chat, or in person, and often troubleshoot problems or guide clients through processes.
