Location: Springfield, MO
| Hybrid/Remote Position: This position begins with required in-office training. Upon successful completion, the role transitions to a hybrid/remote schedule. Equipment is provided after training.

As a Client Support Representative, youll play a key role in guiding potential clients through their first step by listening with empathy, communicating clearly, and helping them take the first step toward the support they need.

What Youll Do
Youll create a positive and supportive experience for potential clients through effective phone communication, empathy, and thoughtful questioning.
Key responsibilities:

  • Fielding inbound inquires via phone or live chat, specializing in SSDI and VA disability.
  • Initiating outbound contact with potential clients expressing interest in Social Security or VA disability.
  • Providing comprehensive insight into our legal services for SSDI and VA disability cases.
  • Data entry of accurate client information into our database.
  • Coordinating and scheduling consultations for potential clients.
  • Various administrative tasks as required by the office.

Were seeking motivated individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.
Qualifications:

  • Confident phone manner and demeanor
  • Ability to set the tone and pace of calls effectively
  • Demonstrates consistent care and compassion by treating a call at 4:30 PM on Friday the same as one Monday morning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail & critical thinking skills
  • Prior experience in phone-based sales and customer service, as well as administrative duties
  • Strong interpersonal skills
