$200.00 Hiring Bonus After 90 day with the Company
Hearts & Minds Inc. / Molly's House is a non-profit agency who provides support and services for adults with developmental disabilities in a home setting.
We have Part Time openings for Direct Support Professional
Responsibilities: assist client in maintaining the cleanliness of their residence, including household chores, room cleaning, and personal laundry, driving to program's. Report and document medical information. Supervise clients in meal preparation & cleanup. Hourly bed checks and assist with medication management. Assist with personal hygiene care. Other duties as assigned by House Managers.
To be considered for this position you must:
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Clear health screen, tuberculosis test, drug screen and a background check through the Department of Justice and FBI. (No misdemeanors or felonies)

Schedule Availability
  • Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-3:00pm

What you'll need to be successful:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid CA Driver's License with clean driving record
  • Comfort driving residents in your vehicle
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move up to 75 lbs

  • Are passionate about helping to empower others to reach goals and plans
  • Had 6 or more months of prior hands-on experience with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities
