At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our team. This role is all about building strong relationships, managing accounts, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to ensure our clients feel valued and protected. How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with tailored insurance and risk management solutions. You’ll lead the renewal process, working with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. By fostering trust and providing ongoing support, you’ll help secure existing business and identify opportunities for growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and balance priorities will be key to your success.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- 1+ years supervisory experience.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred:
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
- Solid financial acumen.
- A knack for explaining complex issues in simple terms, whether over the phone or in presentations.
- Comfort with technology to enhance productivity and service quality.
- A proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and delivering results.
Behaviors:
- Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
