Campus Administrative Assistant - Farmington Hills Campus
Woodside Bible Church is seeking a relational, organized, and detail-oriented Campus Administrative Assistant to support the ministry and operational functions of our Farmington Hills campus. This role provides high-level administrative support to the Campus Pastor and Associate Director while helping create a welcoming and effective ministry environment for staff, volunteers, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, communication, and calendar coordination
  • Serve as a first point of contact for campus inquiries, phone calls, and emails
  • Assist with ministry communications, records management, and database updates
  • Support campus events and ministry logistics
  • Coordinate office needs including supplies, room setups, and volunteer scheduling
  • Partner with Finance on deposits, check requests, and accounts payable
  • Assist with Assimilation processes and ministry follow-up
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; willingness to learn church management systems
  • Dependable, adaptable, and collaborative team player
  • Demonstrates spiritual maturity and alignment with the mission and values of Woodside Bible Church

This role is ideal for someone with a heart to serve, strong attention to detail, and a desire to support ministry through administration and hospitality.
This is a part-time (24 hours per week), hourly, non-exempt role, requiring membership and active participation at the Farmington Hills campus of Woodside Bible Church.
