We're looking for a seasoned credit card professional to lead the next chapter of this program's expansion.ROLE OVERVIEWGood Sam is seeking a Credit Card Operations Sr. Manager/Director to lead program and field operations for our Credit Card business. This role reports to the Credit Card & Payments Program Director and is central to our enterprise growth agenda โ€” shaping how the Credit Card business delivers measurable acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue.The ideal candidate will have deep experience within a co-brand credit card program and will be comfortable setting strategy (25%) and driving execution (75%). You'll work across Marketing, Field, Digital Product, IT, Learning & Development, and Analytics โ€” and will serve as a key liaison to our issuing bank partners.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESField Strategy & ExecutionDesign and deploy a comprehensive field acquisition strategy that drives measurable credit card enrollment across Good Sam's network of dealerships, campgrounds, and events.Build and maintain field-facing playbooks, tools, and training programs in partnership with Learning & Development.Serve as the primary operational liaison between corporate and frontline field teams, ensuring consistent program messaging and performance accountability.Partner with on-site field leadership (Market Managers, Store Managers, Campground Owners/Operators) to influence training, accountability, and sales.Bank Partner ManagementLead joint marketing planning and execution with bank partners, aligning on campaign calendars, co-investment priorities, and performance KPIs.Oversee the annual Joint Marketing Fund, including budgeting, planning, and execution of field incentives and marketing promotions to drive acquisition and engagement.Manage partner communications, escalations, and reporting cadences to maintain a high-trust, results-oriented relationship.Identify and advance opportunities to enhance the credit card value proposition through payment innovation and product optimization.Program OperationsDeploy technical roadmap against program vision, portfolio objectives, and revenue goals.Lead end-to-end workstreams across internal/external partners ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on strategy, and with operational excellence.Own program reporting infrastructure โ€” developing dashboards, tracking acquisition and activation metrics, and translating data into executive-ready narratives.Coordinate cross-functional planning cycles including annual budgeting, QBRs, and go-to-market calendars.Manage internal communications for the credit card program across stakeholder groups.Implement structured Change Management tactics to optimize product roll-outs, benefit enhancements, and training overhauls.Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements that increase program efficiency and scalability.Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with Marketing on member acquisition, lifecycle, and retention campaigns tailored to card benefits and usage behavior.Partner with key internal/external marketing stakeholders to deploy proactive strategies against long-term vision while reacting to short-term challenges and opportunities.Collaborate with Digital Product and IT on cardholder experience enhancements and integration initiatives.Work with Analytics to define measurement frameworks, run post-campaign analyses, and surface actionable insights.Continually evolve reporting and analytics to support acquisition performance management.WHAT YOU BRINGRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.5+ years of hands-on experience working within co-brand or private label credit card programs โ€” brand side, issuer side, or both.Demonstrated ability to lead field or channel operations, including training, enablement, and performance management.Proven track record of managing bank or financial institution partnerships, including joint marketing and co-investment programs.Experience collaborating across Marketing, Field, Learning & Development, Digital Product, IT, and Analytics.Background in payment product innovation and value proposition development or optimization.Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, building dashboards, and translating insights into strategic recommendations.Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.Fluent in using AI tools in a real-world marketing environment โ€” not just as a novelty, but as a core part of how you drive strategy, execution, and optimization.Preferred QualificationsExperience in travel, outdoor, lifestyle, or membership-based brands.Familiarity with RV, camping, or enthusiast communities is a meaningful plus.Experience operating within a matrixed organization with shared services.HOW YOU WORKYou're a builder and an operator. You know that partnerships, whether with bank partners or internal stakeholders, are won through trust, follow-through, and results.General Compensation DisclosureThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated.
