Adapting to a non-traditional schedule and staying alert during quieter hours is crucial. To prepare, it's helpful to establish a consistent sleep routine, become comfortable with financial software systems, and develop strong attention to detail. Team communication is also important, as you'll often need to coordinate with other departments to resolve issues that arise overnight.
