Consultant Support Email & Chat Representative

Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Remote

Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday, 9:00 a.m. โ€“ 5:30 p.m.

Compensation: $18.00/hour + Comprehensive Benefits Package (available after 31 days)

As a Consultant Support Email & Chat Representative, you'll be the go-to resource for our Independent Consultants. Through email and chat, you'll answer questions, solve challenges, and help Consultants keep their businesses running smoothly. Every interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day easier and help them feel confident and supported.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to Consultant questions through email and chat with clarity, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Investigate issues, find solutions, and guide Consultants through next steps.
  • Process requests and complete tasks accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and update Consultant account information in our internal systems.
  • Deliver a positive experience in every interaction while representing Paparazzi's service standards.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure Consultants receive the best possible support.
  • Occasionally provide backup phone support by assisting with inbound or outbound calls when needed.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1โ€“3 years of customer service experience (support, retail, hospitality, or similar roles).
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain things clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple conversations at the same time.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems at once.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
