TEC Accutite has more than three decades of experience providing deep expertise, exceptional service and advanced technology solutions to customers in the Bay Area and across North America. Our singular focus is to provide customers solutions for all their fuel storage and environmental compliance needs.

The construction process is broken up into three distinct phases: Pre-construction/Pre-development, Construction, and Post Construction/Close Out. At Wonder Works, we pride ourselves on the quality of services we provide within each phase. Unlike other builders, we offer flexibility in Delivery Methods for all phases of the work. Each situation and phase is unique and in order to be successful one cannot always follow established paradigms. We can act as General Contractor, Design-Builder, Construction Manager and even Developer.

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through live chat, resolving their queries and issues efficiently. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in typing and using live chat software
