Job description

This position reports to our 600 NW 79thAve, Miami, FL 33126 location. If selected, you must be able to report to this work location.

Pay Transparency:

Along with paid training, our Customer Support Chat Specialists earn $20.16 per hour and up to $1000/month in additional commission if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

How You'll Make an Impact:

As a Customer Support Chat Specialist, you will assist customers through digital channels, including online chat and social media, addressing questions and concerns in sales, service, retention, billing, credit and collections, and tech support. You'll be on the frontline providing solutions virtually to customers to enhance their service experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

Handle customer interactions via digital channels, including online chat and social media, in a fast paced environment.

Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections.

Explain bills and product features clearly.

Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed.

Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues.

Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues.

Work a flexible 40 hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime.
