One of the top Farmers Insurance Agencies in the country is look for another teammate to assist with taking the Agency to the next level. This position is responsible for the support of clients as well as the licensed representatives in the office. This is a front office role and is the face of the Agency. This role is to assist with any non-licensed inter office activities. *Assessment required for consideration.

Responsibilities

- Unlock building & turn on TV at 8:00 AM; Lock building & turn off TV at 5:00 PM

- Check voicemail & write messages

- Make folders & ID cards for the day

- Attempt to reschedule appointments & properly manage the calendar

- Make/Edit Zoom meetings & resend links

- Inbound call delegating to CSSRs

- Pull clients up in ECMS / APEX & review notepad & comments prior to CSSR transfer

- Telegram usage

- Greet clients & explain the Areas of Concern (AOC) form & optional TOLH form

- Offer coffee or water & bring in client snack tray

- Telegram chat Agent when a client arrives & again when the form is completed

- Updating the calendar to Completed or No-Show after any client meetings

- Understanding of the MIG Share Drive (EX: updating the Frequently Used Contacts

excel spreadsheet when needed

- Filing / Scan in the AOC forms, correct any client account information, & add to client

folders in MIG Share

- Supply management / ordering

- Organization (EX: keeping client waters stocked in the fridge)

- Making gift bags & keeping them stocked

- Handing out Captains Tickets during the season

- Making folders & keeping them stocked (FFR & NBDS)

- The mail (determine what stays & what gets thrown away)

- Client cards (thank you, sympathy, congrats, etc.)

- Walk-in billing; take payments & give receipt

- Apply checks & cash payments to the ACA

- Close ACA at the end of the day

- Taking deposit to bank within 48 hours of closing ACA

- Claims alert (courtesy calls - following up with clients on recent claims & call adjuster if

needed)

- Manage tasks & to-dos (self given & assigned)

- Social media management (Facebook posts & responding to followers. 2 posts per week

required)

- Giveaways & drawings for social media (EX: monthly birthday drawing)

- Contacting vendors for marketing opportunities

- Cost share submissions for reimbursement

- Seeking community engagement opportunities

- Managing the Wall of Heroes

- Outbound calls to set life appointments with Agent (optional; for life bonus structure)
