Job Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls, text, or other mediums.
  • Assess customer insurance needs and recommend suitable policy options across multiple carriers.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the value of various insurance products including auto, home, renters, commercial, and more.
  • Accurately process applications and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a structured, high-volume call center environment.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through strong closing techniques and customer-focused solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and business leaders to drive continuous improvement and innovation in all aspects of the business.
  • Meet guidelines for attendance/punctuality and be receptive to flexible work hours as needed.
  • Lead and contribute to other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license within the first two months of employment (if not already licensed). Training and study support provided, including one paid attempt for licensing test.
  • Previous experience in Insurance Sales strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a call center or phone-based sales environment is a plus.
  • Strong persuasive and consultive sales skills required.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and a positive attitude.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Strong adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
