AUTO HAUS of Yorktown and Williamsburg is seeking a professional and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to provide timely assistance to customers through online chat and digital communication channels. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling multiple conversations, answering customer questions, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat and online messaging platforms.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, appointments, and general company information.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and courteous communication at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and update relevant records as needed.
  • Follow established customer service procedures, policies, and communication standards.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
