Customer Service & Sales Support Representative

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our team at a growing clothing manufacturing company. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting our sales team and helping customers with product inquiries, orders, quotes, and account needs. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people, can manage multiple priorities, and has a strong attention to detail. Experience in apparel, clothing, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, or fashion is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, online chat, and other communication channels.
  • Provide knowledgeable and professional assistance regarding products, orders, pricing, availability, and services.
  • Support the Sales team with preparing quotes, contracts, orders, credit memos, and other documentation.
  • Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure orders and customer requests are completed accurately and on time.
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer, order, payment, and contact information.
  • Open and maintain customer accounts and ensure records are complete and accurate.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Resolve customer concerns by understanding the issue, determining the cause, explaining available solutions, and following through to ensure resolution.
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve order, product, shipping, or service issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Process customer payments and handle confidential customer information appropriately.
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and helpful attitude in every customer interaction.
  • Support the Sales team with additional administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed.
