As we continue to grow, we are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Remote Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating through written messages, answering questions, and providing quick and professional support.

Position Overview

As a Remote Chat Support Representative, you will communicate with customers through online chat, messaging, email, and other approved digital channels. You will answer routine questions, provide information, document customer requests, and coordinate with internal teams when additional assistance is needed.

The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, a helpful attitude, and the ability to manage multiple conversations while working independently in a remote environment.

Compensation

$22.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities May Include

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, messaging, email, and approved online channels.
  
• Provide friendly, professional, and timely written customer support.
  
• Answer questions regarding orders, projects, timelines, services, and general company information.
  
• Gather accurate customer information and document conversations.
  
• Provide project and order updates when appropriate.
  
• Identify customer needs and determine the appropriate next steps.
  
• Coordinate with customer service, sales, design, production, and installation teams.
  
• Escalate complex questions or concerns to the appropriate team member.
  
• Follow up on customer requests when necessary.
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes.
  
• Help ensure customers receive consistent and professional service.
  

Requirements

Remote Position

This is a fully remote position. The successful candidate must be able to maintain reliable internet connectivity, communicate effectively with customers and team members, attend virtual meetings as needed, and consistently meet assigned deadlines.

Occasional travel or in-person meetings may be requested for training, team meetings, or special projects.
