Job Summary: As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with product inquiries, order processing, and resolving any issues they may have. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
