In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for our growing North American company!

Position Responsibilities

  • Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently to support Uline’s U.S. and Mexico operations.

  • Analyze customer accounts to identify trends and maintain accurate records.

  • Support customers by phone and email, resolving inquiries and payment discrepancies.

  • Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.

  • Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

  • Available for travel to Uline’s North American locations.
