Job Description
Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Cash Applications Representative to support our Accounts Receivable department. Responsibilities include reconciling, posting and applying a high volume of payments received via lock boxes and other means; managing the application of payments according to payment advice; reconciling batches to deposit records; maintaining detailed transaction information; supporting collection efforts through written communication; and assisting with training partners.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or completion of accounting courses preferred
  • 2+ years' data entry experience
  • Ability to work overtime and/or Saturdays when required due to business volume
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
