Schedule:

  • Monday โ€“ Friday
  • 7:00 AM โ€“ 11:00 AM

Position Summary:

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations by managing receivables, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with customer account activities. Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and maintain Accounts Receivable transactions
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Apply payments and reconcile account discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist with reporting and general accounting support
  • Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment inquiries
  • Support additional accounting duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable required
  • Manufacturing industry background is a plus
