Job Description Construction Accounts Receivable We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to support daily accounting and office operations. The ideal candidate has a strong construction-industry background and experience with QuickBooks, accounts receivable, collections, and vendor transactions. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and accurately record customer payments Follow up on outstanding balances and assist with collection efforts Request, review, and maintain certificates of insurance Process and track vendor invoices and credits Receive and apply customer payments Maintain organized accounting and project documentation Assist with general administrative duties and construction-related paperwork Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members Qualifications At least three years of QuickBooks experience At least two years of accounts receivable experience Previous administrative experience in the construction industry Experience with collections and certificates of insurance Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines Company Description Go-Staff, Inc. is a family owned and operated full-service staffing company serving all of Southern California.
