  • Work through legacy AR (Accounts Receivable) sitting in NextGen
  • Help reduce outstanding AR balances and clean up backlog
  • Support billing, collections, and follow-up processes
  • Navigate both systems during transition period (NextGen → Epic)

  • AR / revenue cycle experience
