Job description

Our client needs a Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. This person needs two to four years of experience in construction finance or accounts receivable and will be responsible for managing the company's receivables process, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and providing superior customer service. If you have a sharp eye for all the details to ensure accuracy and enjoy working independently or with a team, then our client needs to speak with you!
Requirements:
  • Two to four years of experience in construction finance or accounts receivable
  • Experience with construction lien procedures is highly desired
  • Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent job experience
  • Proficiency in Epicor, Eagle & QuickBooks software
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Bilingual is preferred but not required
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am - 4:30 pm
NOTE: flex 40 hr. work week, with option for a short Friday, also potential for occasional overtime
