Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Associate to join our team. As the face of Nutrishop Knoxville, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert guidance on our range of products, and fostering lasting relationships with our clientele. This position does require previous experience in the supplement industry for a full time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service by understanding individual health goals and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Nutritional Guidance: Assist customers in creating personalized meal plans and interpret InBody scan results to track their fitness progress.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and a welcoming environment for all patrons.
• Sales & Operations: Support daily retail operations, manage inventory levels, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Marketing Participation: Engage in at marketing events, assist with flyer distribution, and actively promote Nutrishop Knoxville within the community.
• Social Media Contribution: Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for our social media platforms, including stories and posts that reflect our brand and values.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Fitness & Wellness: A strong interest in health, fitness, and nutrition, aligning with our mission to support customer wellness journeys.
• Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail setting is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a positive and outgoing demeanor.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and managing time effectively.
• Independence: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and embody the wellness values that Nutrishop Knoxville promotes.
