How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Lead the strategic expansion of life-saving programs, including sickle cell, hemophilia, and CAR-T therapies, to ensure families in Central Texas and beyond have access to world-class pediatric cures.
  • Create a seamless, high-quality care experience across outpatient clinics, infusion centers, and research programs to improve clinical outcomes and support the holistic needs of every patient.
  • Support a culture of excellence by recruiting and retaining top-tier providers and associates who are dedicated to advancing the field of pediatric hematology/oncology.
  • Drive the journey toward FACT accreditation, elevating our stem cell and bone marrow transplant programs to the highest national standards of safety and cellular therapy.
  • Cultivate powerful partnerships with internal research teams and external community organizations to secure the resources and alignment necessary to achieve our service line goals.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.

  • Service Line Leadership Experience: Proven track record of directing operations and strategy for a high-volume pediatric specialty or oncology service line.
  • FACT Accreditation Expertise: Direct experience or foundational knowledge in navigating the Foundation for Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT) requirements for transplant and cellular therapy programs.
