Job description

Business Development Executive
Purpose: The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for growing and managing ACF product sales within an assigned territory. This position is a critical customer facing role, driving, and managing new sales and business opportunities with strategic customers. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities and growing sales through new business relationships. Focused on assigned verticals/sectors and key geographical locations, the BDE will be creating executive level access for new business opportunities and to ensure ACF’s full value proposition is known and understood. They must demonstrate a strong understanding of the Customer Experience (CX) market and can access and engage at the Executive Level.
When not traveling, this position is remote from home using ACF supplied hardware. Must have good/excellent internet access at home.
Primary Objectives:
Profitable Territory Growth
Sales – New customer contracts in assigned vertical
Market – New partner contracts in assigned vertical
Territory - Geographic expansion within the assigned territory
Product – Product expansion within new and current customers
Lead Generation – Assigned ACF Products
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Contact – Phone and Site visits
Demonstrations – Web and On-site
Contract Negotiations / Bid Submittals / Quoting
Manage customers in CRM
Market Research
Trade Show Participation
Job Requirements amp; Skills:
Driven, Persistent, Outgoing, and Self-Motivated
3+ Years of sales experience preferred
Technical acumen with RFP/RFI experience highly preferred
Computer – Microsoft® Office, CRM
Literary – Proficient Writing Skills
Research – Market amp; Territory Research
Travel: 35%+, Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record Required
