Remote Business Development Representative (Staffing)

Location: Remote

Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 + commission/incentive opportunities

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our staffing agency by developing new client relationships and expanding business within the construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. This is a fully remote role offering flexible hours and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new business through cold calls, email, networking, and referrals.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Identify client hiring needs and present staffing solutions, including direct hire, contract-to-hire, and temporary staffing.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM/ATS records.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences as needed.
  • Travel occasionally to meet with clients when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, or staffing sales.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction, manufacturing, or industrial recruiting is a plus.
  • Experience in both sales and recruiting is a strong advantage.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
