Regional Business Development

Saskatoon, SK

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll grow the business by finding new opportunities, building relationships, and bringing Kal Tire's service solutions to new customers across the Saskatoon region. This is a hands-on sales role where you own your territory, build your pipeline, and act as a trusted advisor to your clients-from local operators to executive decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your region
  • Prospect, negotiate, and close sales to meet and exceed targets
  • Build and execute a clear plan to grow your territory
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with new and potential customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to onboard new customers and set them up for success
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Director to align on market strategy
  • Maintain accurate customer information and activity in CRM
  • Track performance, pipeline, and key sales metrics
  • Use insights and data to refine your sales approach and portfolio strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
