Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Manager (internally known as Business Development Executive) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and customers.
  • Generate leads through outbound activity, networking and attending industry events.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with senior Business Development and Account Management professionals to upskill and develop.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, sales activities and progress in Salesforce.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by driving business growth.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven experience in business development, sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
