Position Summary
Business Development Executives are responsible for finding, qualifying, and closing work within their assigned region or market sector. They lead the preconstruction effort for pursuits they own, from lead qualification to final contract execution. Supported by Estimators, Business Development Associates, Coordinators, and Administrators, BDEs are strategic sellers, technical problem-solvers, and trusted advisors to EverGreenes clients. This senior-level role requires strong construction knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to coordinate both support staff and estimating teams to deliver persuasive, accurate bid packages.

This hybrid role consists of both office and remote based work and will require occasional travel throughout the NYC Metro area and Northeast. This job is most often performed in an office setting and requires frequent sitting (working on a computer). Due to computer usage, there is repetitive motion of the hands and wrists.
