Position Overview
One Source Business Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Business Broker to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This role is responsible for facilitating the purchase and sale of businesses, identifying potential buyers and sellers, supporting business valuation and pricing strategies, and helping close transactions that contribute to revenue growth for the business unit. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong financial analysis, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business brokerage, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, finance, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, financial analysis, and business valuation concepts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, prospective buyers and sellers, referral sources, and industry professionals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Preferred
  • Real estate experience or license.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) or Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI).
  • Experience with business valuation methods, valuation software, or transaction-management tools.
