THE ROLE

As a State Designated Broker, you'll be the champion of agent empowerment in your state. This isn't just about regulatory compliance; you are creating the foundation of trust and protection that enables agents to serve their clients with complete confidence and focus.

This role requires an experienced state broker who understands that strong compliance enables strong business, thrives on protecting and empowering others, and leads with regulatory excellence as the foundation of extraordinary service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Champion Compliance Excellence

  • Ensure all brokerage operations meet state-specific real estate laws and regulatory requirements with precision

  • Maintain proper licensure, documentation, and recordkeeping that meet state requirements

  • Review transaction files within required timeframes, protecting agents and clients through meticulous oversight

  • Respond promptly to legal correspondence and escalated issues with professionalism and strategic thinking

  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes and communicate updates that keep agents informed and protected

Empower Agent Success Through Expert Guidance

  • Provide timely, clear guidance on transaction matters, compliance questions, and ethical concerns

  • Host educational sessions and create training content that builds agent confidence and capability

  • Approve marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency and legal compliance

  • Respond promptly to agent inquiries through all channels, modeling the responsiveness agents expect

  • Deliver market updates and professional guidance that enhance agent expertise and market position

Build Culture and Drive Growth

  • Actively support ENRG's growth by engaging positively with prospective agents

  • Monitor team development and partner with Operations to ensure seamless onboarding experiences

  • Participate in ongoing training and company meetings, staying current on tools and best practices

  • Foster innovation and feedback, creating an environment where agents feel heard and valued

  • Model ENRG's values in every interaction, serving as a culture ambassador in your state

Lead Through Service and Excellence

  • Supervise licensed agents with a focus on support, development, and compliance excellence

  • Enforce company policies consistently while maintaining trust and respect

  • Handle complaints and broker-to-broker issues with discretion, professionalism, and strategic resolution

  • Coordinate with Brokerage Operations to support licensing and documentation processes

  • Create an environment where agents feel protected, empowered, and excited about their ENRG journey

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL

Your Professional Foundation

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred

  • Active and valid real estate broker's license in your designated state

  • 2+ years of experience as a Designated or Managing Broker

  • Experience in virtual or remote-first environments is highly valued

Your Compliance Expertise

  • You have exceptional knowledge of state-specific real estate laws, contracts, and compliance procedures

  • You understand how to supervise and mentor real estate professionals across distributed teams

  • You are highly responsive and solution-oriented with a genuine service-first mindset

  • You are proficient with real estate technology platforms and transaction management systems

  • You excel in remote work environments and virtual collaboration

Your Leadership Superpowers

  • You see compliance as protection that enables rather than restricts agent success

  • You communicate complex regulations in ways that build confidence rather than confusion

  • You are naturally approachable and professional, creating trust through every interaction

  • You anticipate problems and provide solutions before issues impact agents or clients

  • You understand that your expertise directly enables agents to serve their clients with excellence

Your Character and Approach

  • You believe that protecting others is one of the highest forms of service

  • You take pride in creating environments where agents feel secure and empowered

  • You see every compliance question as an opportunity to strengthen agent capability

  • You value both regulatory precision and genuine human connection

  • You're energized by helping others succeed within a framework of excellence

WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE

At ENRG, broker leadership means something extraordinary. You'll join a team that values:

  • Excellence that's Built In: We never settle for "good enough" and maintain the highest standards of compliance and agent protection

  • Creating Opportunity: We don't wait for opportunities - we build the compliant foundation that creates them for our agents and their clients

  • Passion that Defines Us: We serve with authenticity and genuine care, ensuring our compliance practices reflect our commitment to agent success

You'll work with brilliant minds who understand that compliance enables innovation, leaders who trust your expertise and judgment, and agents whose success depends on the protection and guidance you provide.
