Location: In Office - Jacksonville, FL
Compensation: $55,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses (Target Earnings $100,000+ annually)

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Recruit experienced, licensed real estate agents from other brokerages.
• Build and maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline through networking, referrals, phone outreach, and follow-up.
• Meet with prospective agents to understand their business goals and present the value of joining United Real Estate Gallery.
• Guide agents through the recruiting and onboarding process.
• Partner with brokerage leadership to achieve recruiting goals.
• Track recruiting activity and onboarding progress.
