Position Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-savvy Real Estate Analytics Intern to assist with the development of our next-generation Global Real Estate Dashboard. This role bridges the gap between data engineering, business intelligence, and corporate real estate strategy.

During this intensive 6-week program, the successful candidate will design, build, and deploy an interactive analytics dashboard that consolidates cross-functional data streams-including lease management, space utilization, capital expenditures, and project timelines-into actionable visual insights for leadership.

Core Responsibilities

  • Data Consolidation & Engineering: Aggregate, clean, and harmonize disparate data sources from various regional systems (including lease databases, facility management portals, and project trackers).
  • Dashboard Design & Development: Build a dynamic, intuitive, and visually slick business intelligence dashboard using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics frameworks.
  • Key Metric Tracking: Define and visualize critical real estate KPIs, such as cost per square foot, vacancy rates, portfolio lifecycle milestones, and project integration timelines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Real Estate and Tech Integration teams to understand reporting requirements and translate complex data sets into strategic insights.
  • Documentation & Handover: Create standard technical documentation and user guides to ensure the seamless maintenance and scalability of the dashboard post-internship.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills

  • BI Tools: Familiarity with data visualization software.
  • Data Management: Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python or advanced Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and cleaning.
  • UI/UX Mindset: An eye for clean, professional design layouts that emphasize readability and clarity for executive audiences.

Professional & Soft Skills

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to quickly synthesize complex, unstructured data into structured, strategic conclusions.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ownership & Drive: A self-starter mindset capable of managing a fast-paced project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering to final deployment within a 6-week window.

Education

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed High-School

What We Offer

  • Hands-on ownership of a high-visibility project with tangible business impact.
  • Mentorship from seasoned technology, global real estate and strategy leaders.
  • Exposure to corporate real estate strategy execution on a global scale.
  • A collaborative, flexible hybrid working environment.
