Reafco is an investment-focused real estate brokerage specializing in 120 unit residential properties throughout Ohio. Our team works directly with property owners and investors across multiple markets.
This internship provides structured exposure to acquisition processes within an active investment-focused brokerage.
Internship Overview
The Real Estate Acquisitions Intern supports the identification, evaluation, and coordination of potential residential investment opportunities.
Participants may gain exposure to:
  • Lead generation systems and property owner outreach support
  • Reviewing property data and market comparables
  • Basic investment analysis using rental and resale metrics
  • Supporting underwriting and acquisition documentation
