Position Summary

Business Exit Advisors is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Broker to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales professional to help business owners successfully sell their companies while assisting qualified buyers in acquiring businesses across a variety of industries. As a Business Broker, you will guide clients through every stage of the transaction—from valuation and marketing to negotiations, due diligence, and closing—while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

This is a 100% commission-based position offering unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions. It is ideal for self-motivated professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are looking to build a rewarding career with the flexibility and financial upside of a commission-only sales role. Successful brokers have the opportunity to earn substantial income based on their effort, business development, and closed transactions.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills who are passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their business ownership and exit goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop relationships with business owners interested in selling their businesses.
  • Conduct confidential consultations to evaluate client goals and business readiness.
  • Assist in determining business value using financial analysis and market data.
  • Secure exclusive listing agreements with business owners.
  • Prepare and present business opportunities to qualified buyers.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the sales process.
  • Qualify prospective buyers and coordinate NDA execution.
  • Facilitate buyer and seller meetings, negotiations, and Letters of Intent.
  • Guide clients through due diligence and closing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys, CPAs, lenders, commercial real estate professionals, and referral partners.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and community functions to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity within the company's CRM system.
  • Stay informed on market trends, valuation methods, and industry developments.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, business brokerage, commercial real estate, finance, business ownership, mergers & acquisitions, or consulting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to build relationships and generate new business.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and general business technology.
  • Florida Real Estate License preferred (or willingness to obtain one, if required).

Preferred Skills

  • Business valuation knowledge.
  • Financial statement analysis.
  • Sales and closing experience.
  • Networking and relationship building.
  • Lead generation and business development.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Presentation and public speaking skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong ethical standards and confidentiality.

What We Offer

  • Unlimited earning potential through a competitive commission structure.
  • Comprehensive training and mentorship.
  • Established marketing, operations, and administrative support.
  • Access to proprietary technology, CRM, and marketing platforms.
  • Professional marketing materials and listing support.
  • Flexible schedule with autonomy over your business.
  • Opportunity to represent businesses across a wide range of industries.
  • Collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.
  • Ongoing education, networking opportunities, and professional development.

At Business Exit Advisors, we help entrepreneurs maximize the value of their businesses and successfully transition ownership through confidential sales, acquisitions, valuations, exit planning, and franchise consulting. Our brokers are backed by a dedicated operations, marketing, and transaction support team, allowing them to focus on what they do best—building relationships, closing deals, and delivering exceptional client service.

If you're looking for an opportunity with unlimited income potential, professional support, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on business owners and buyers, we'd love to hear from you.
