Turning Point for God is the broadcast ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah and exists to deliver the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world. Using Dr. Jeremiah's teaching, we capture, curate, and communicate Bible Strong content through the power of media to share the Gospel with theological and creative excellence. Dr. Jeremiah is committed to teaching the entirety of God's Word to the world, and his teaching is delivered in multiple languages to approximately 3 billion people across the globe through Turning Point's various media channels.
To accomplish this mission, more than two hundred staff across various disciplines are committed to sharing the Gospel and Bible Strong teaching through Turning Point. Position Summary:
The Brand Manager is a key member of the Passages team responsible for advancing and stewarding the Passages brand, ensuring it is strategically positioned, creatively expressed, and effectively executed across audio, YouTube and social media platforms. This position oversees brand positioning, audience development, content strategy, and multi-platform integration. This role includes producer-level responsibility for the full podcast production lifecycle, as well as oversight of social media strategy and execution. The Brand Manager ensures brand consistency, structured series development, timely production delivery, and measurable audience growth in alignment with ministry objectives.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Creative Oversight
  • Serve as the primary steward of the Passages podcast and digital brand.
  • Define and maintain the brand voice, messaging, and positioning across all platforms.
  • Manage assigned creative, marketing, and production projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and brand alignment are met.
  • Create presentations, conceptual documents, and strategic materials for special initiatives.
  • Conduct research to inform brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and product/resource development.

Content Development & Programming
  • Lead ideation and development of episode topics, thematic arcs, and structured series.
  • Develop and manage content calendars aligned with ministry priorities and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with producers/hosts, writers, and leadership to ensure theological and organizational alignment.
  • Identify guest and partnership opportunities to expand brand visability.
  • Oversee repurposing of long-form content into short-form digital assets.

Production & Script Oversight
  • Manage the full podcast production lifecycle from planning through publishing.
  • Coordinate scheduling, guest communication, recording logistics, and post-production review.
  • Serve as Passages Script Supervisor:
    • Prepare scripts for filming
    • Oversee script accuracy during production
    • Update final scripts post-production
    • Coordinate with executive leadership, creative staff, and production crew to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Coordinate special production requests, acting as liaison between executive leadership, studio personnel, and creative teams.
  • Oversee development of show notes, titles, descriptions, and platform optimization.
  • Ensure timely publishing and distribution across platforms.
  • Maintain production timelines, asset coordination, and quality standards.

Social Media & Digital Brand Management
  • Lead ongoing content creation, curation, and management of Passages' social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to increase engagement and audience growth in support of revenue objectives.
  • Oversee development of visually compelling, on-brand graphics aligned with current social trends.
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor social media posts.
  • Oversee community engagement and represent the Passages & Turning Point brand with professionalism and discernment.
  • Monitor analytics and provide performance reports, including growth engagement trends.
  • Research emerging digital trends and identify new opportunities expansion.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to identify high-performing content for paid promotion and amplification.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end production workflows.
  • Strong aesthetic judgment aligned with the Passages/Turning Point brand.
  • Strong understanding of audience development and digital content strategy.
  • Excellent written communication skills (copywriting, show notes, social captions).
  • Understanding of SEO and platform optimization best practices.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign preferred)
    • Microsoft Office
    • Social media scheduling and analytics tools
    • Google Ads Manager (preferred)

  • The expected salary for this position is $85,000 to $95,000. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
