Job description

Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: Neptune, New Jersey (Onsite)
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $75,000-$90,000
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and commercialization of new products and line extensions for the Dog & Cat BU portfolio, driving incremental growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate consumer insights into compelling propositions and support successful go-to-market execution.
  • Support the execution of the innovation roadmap aligned with brand and portfolio growth strategies, identifying whitespace opportunities through trend analysis and consumer insights.
  • Manage innovation projects from concept through launch, collaborating with R&D, Creative, Packaging, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, and Finance to deliver on time and within scope.
  • Lead go-to-market planning including positioning, claims, packaging, pricing, and launch activation, coordinating with Sales, Creative, Media, Digital, and Shopper teams.
  • Track launch performance metrics such as trial, repeat, velocity, distribution, and financial results; conduct post-launch reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate internal teams and agency partners to ensure brand standards and strategic goals are reflected across all innovation initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, innovation marketing, or product marketing within CPG.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or leading NPD and product launches.
  • Strong analytical, consumer insight, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects effectively.
