A brand manager is in charge of creating and maintaining an organization’s brand image. Brand managers work directly with the marketing department to provide a cohesive advertising and promotional direction. How does a brand manager typically collaborate with other departments to execute brand strategies?

Brand Managers work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, product development, and design to ensure brand consistency and effective execution of campaigns. They often lead meetings to align on messaging, coordinate timelines, and share feedback.
