Job Summary:

Illicit Gardens is looking for a passionate, reliable, and cannabis-savvy Brand Ambassador to represent our award-winning products throughout New Jersey dispensaries. As a face of the brand, youll play a key role in educating customers, building relationships with dispensary staff, and driving consumer engagement through in-store demos and events.

What Youll Do:

  • Represent Illicit Gardens at dispensaries and promotional events

  • Educate consumers and budtenders about our products and brand story

  • Build excitement and loyalty through furthering brand awareness

  • Provide insightful feedback from the field to our marketing and sales teams

  • Ensure proper booth setup, merchandising, and clean-up at events

What You Bring:

  • Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills

  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel across the state

  • Comfortable working independently and engaging with diverse audiences

  • Prior brand ambassador or cannabis experience is preferred, but not required
