About the role

A Senior Brand Designer at Salesforce is responsible for the development and execution of design and creative projects across a wide range of platforms and channels. They play a key role in ensuring the Salesforce brand is differentiated, strategically sound and beautifully crafted. This involves designing marketing materials, brand identity solutions, presentations, event and experiential creative and brand guidelines, among other things. They also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive messaging aligned with Salesforce's brand strategy.

The right person for this role will be an inspired and passionate creative / designer, and a highly-motivated individual that has the experience, ability and drive to manage multiple projects and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams across the company.


What you'll do

  • Design Development:
    Conceptualizing, designing, and delivering exceptionally well crafted creative across a wide range of touchpoints including marketing materials, brand identity, digital and social, events and experiential.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Working with marketing, creative, production, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.

  • Staying Current:
    Leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies, including AI, to optimize workflows and enhance storytelling.

  • Project Ownership:
    Own campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.

  • Presentation and Creative Reviews:

Experienced developing and presenting / discussing creative and the narrative / strategy behind the work with a group of creatives and leadership. Comfortable offering and receiving creative feedback in a constructive and open way.

  • Attention to detail:
    Strong ability to develop work with a keen eye for design details big, medium and small. Able to keep track of complex notes and feedback and ensure efficient and accurate progress.

  • Design Systems and tools:
    Develop and evolve Salesforce design toolkits and systems to maintain high design standards and enable consistency across multiple teams.


What experience you have

  • 5+ years experience in design, developing creative solutions for world-class consumer brands. Tech industry experience a plus.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of experience in brand design, visual design.

  • Proficiency with AI-powered tools and strategies for creative development, content creation and optimization.

  • Expert with creative tools, Adobe creative cloud, Figma, Miro, Google Suite.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Deep understanding of the enterprise technology landscape.

  • Experience in designing and delivering high-impact customer experiences.
