Overview

*This role can be located in our Atlanta, GA office, and requires four days per week on‑site.

We’re looking for a brand leader who knows how to get things done. As the Brand Associate, ARIUM you will be the day‑to‑day owner of the ARIUM brand, expanding the reach, awareness, and trust of the ARIUM brand across all customer touchpoints. This role drives marketing for the ARIUM brand, helps shape strategy, and manages execution across a wide range of initiatives. You’ll work closely with Content, PR, Digital, and Operations to drive a brand experience that feels modern, human, and unmistakably ARIUM.

You’ll work closely within the marketing team, external agencies, and our residential operations team. If you like a mix of strategy, project management, and hands‑on work and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, this might be your gig.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual brand plans and campaigns that grow ARIUM’s visibility in key markets
  • Own customer experience initiatives that strengthen trust and loyalty
  • Oversee creative development, production timelines, and cross-team coordination
  • Ensure all internal and external touchpoints consistently reflect ARIUM’s brand positioning and voice
  • Translate resident insights into programs that elevate the ARIUM living experience. Aggregate content relevant to customer experience (in‑person and digital)
  • Partner with Content and Social to translate brand strategy into campaigns and storytelling
  • Plan and manage ARIUM events, community activations, and partnership initiatives. Includes, supporting regional teams with event toolkits, creative assets, and best practices
  • Partner with Operations on on‑site brand standards, signage, and resident engagement activities
  • Work with PR on earned storytelling, awards, and reputation‑building opportunities
  • Report on the performance of campaigns, initiatives, and brand health by tracking performance for awareness, sentiment, and reach
  • Bring recommendations based on performance, industry trends, and research to marketing leadership
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 of experience in brand management or integrated marketing
  • Experience managing a consumer‑facing brand, ideally in real estate, lifestyle, or hospitality
  • Strong organizational skills and project leadership across creative, digital, and experiential touchpoints
  • Ability to translate customer insights into meaningful brand program
  • Comfort managing multiple complex projects with cross‑functional teams and external vendors
  • A creative and strategic mindset paired with strong executional discipline
  • Strategic thinker who also rolls up sleeves to get work done
