Responsibilities:
  • Support execution of brand marketing operations by managing assigned brand initiatives and operational activities within established plans, standards, and priorities.
  • Manage branded materials and merchandise processes for assigned initiatives, including ordering, inventory oversight, and coordination of distribution in alignment with brand standards.
  • Coordinate invoice submission for brand marketing activities and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal partners in accordance with established approval processes.
  • Maintain and manage brand marketing assets for assigned initiatives, ensuring materials are current, approved, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate logistics for assigned marketing events and initiatives, including planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution support, within approved timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal and external brand communications for assigned initiatives, exercising judgment to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards and communication objectives.
  • Manage assigned brand marketing requests, prioritize inquiries, determining appropriate resolution or escalation, and ensuring timely follow-through in alignment with service expectations.-through in alignment with service expectations.
