Location & Schedule: This is a part-time 10 to 16 hour/week position with at least one 5-hour day per week in Needham, MA.ย There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

This role: We're on the hunt for a part-time Employer Brand Intern to join our People and Culture team in Needham, MA! In this role, you'll get to flex your creativity and storytelling skills while helping us bring the SharkNinja brand to life for future talent. From brainstorming fresh ideas to creating eye-catching content, you'll play a key role in shaping how we share our story with the world.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:

  • Design digital assets for our recruitment marketing strategy including LinkedIn banners, Zoom backgrounds, "We are Hiring" social cards, and employee referral flyers, etc
  • Develop engaging content for different channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Careers Website, and Emails) and experiment with new content formats to tell employee stories and highlight SharkNinja as an employer of choice
  • Provide campaign and social media reporting to ensure measurement of key campaigns and overall effectiveness of employer brand efforts
  • Provide support for employee photoshoots helping to prep and execute
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for SharkNinja onsite in Needham by attending onsite events, taking photos and promoting the Employer Brand initiatives

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

  • Education: Current student in an associate's or bachelor's program
  • Must be able to work a part-time 10 to 16 hour/week position with at least one 5-hour day per week in Needham, M
  • Studies related to Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, PR, Advertising, English, Art History or other related field
  • Desire to work in Marketing or Human Resources preferred
  • Previous relevant internship/work experience or demonstrated interest in communications or marketing
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, paid media, and social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Proficient in using Canva to create social media content and printable items
  • Great storytelling abilities with solid writing and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated academic leadership or extra-curricular activity preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Well organized, detail oriented, strong written and oral communication skills
  • Forward thinking, able to problem solve; self-starter with strong ability to meet deadlines and expectations
  • Team player with an eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment working across multiple teams
