Marketing Intern


Role Overview

Our Marketing Intern will support key initiatives across the Modern Ice marketing department. This role is designed for a student or earlyโ€‘career professional with an educational background in marketing and an interest in developing handsโ€‘on experience in content creation, data analytics, and crossโ€‘department collaboration. Prior marketing experience is beneficial but not required.


Core Responsibilities

  • Content Development โ€” Create written, visual, and digital content to support campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Email Marketing Support โ€” Assist with drafting, segmenting, and scheduling email communications.
  • Social Media Support โ€” Help manage social channels, draft posts, monitor engagement, and support brand consistency.
  • Data & Analytics โ€” Work in Excel to organize, clean, and analyze marketing data; support reporting dashboards.
  • Crossโ€‘Department Collaboration โ€” Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to gather information, align messaging, and support shared initiatives.
  • Brand Support โ€” Maintain brand standards across content, campaigns, and internal materials.
