Job description

Position Summary:
The Brand Manager at Risewell Homes is a highly visible, cross-functional role responsible for stewarding and growing the Risewell brand across all markets, neighborhoods, and consumer touchpoints. This leader will manage agency partners, oversee brand content and media plans, and develop promotional strategies that drive qualified traffic, support sales, and strengthen long-term brand equity.
This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, performance marketing, and field execution-partnering closely with the Neighborhood Marketing team, Divisional Sales leaders, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency, strong local relevance, and disciplined execution across the business.
The Brand Manager will play a central role in translating brand strategy into actionable plans, compelling campaigns, and promotions that support business objectives at both the national and local level.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a day-to-day steward of the Risewell Homes brand, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Translate enterprise brand strategy into clear briefs, campaign plans, and executional standards for agencies and internal teams.
  • Partner with leadership to evolve brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead and manage external agency partners (brand, creative, media, production, and specialty agencies).
  • Review and approve creative work, content strategies, and integrated campaign plans.
  • Oversee development and approval of brand content, campaign assets, and media plans.
  • Develop and manage promotional campaigns (incentives, offers, seasonal campaigns, and neighborhood-level activations) aligned with sales goals.
  • Collaborate with Neighborhood Marketing and Divisional Sales leadership to align campaigns and promotions to market realities, traffic goals, and sales priorities.
  • Contribute to annual brand planning, campaign roadmaps, and promotional calendars.
  • Monitor campaign and promotion performance; partner with performance marketing teams to assess results and optimize future efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative effectiveness, agency workflows, brand consistency, and speed to market.

Key Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing, or consumer marketing roles (multi-location, retail, or homebuilding a plus).
  • Proven experience leading agencies and managing integrated campaigns.
  • Strong background in brand development, campaign execution, and promotion management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and field teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability.
  • Excellent communication, briefing, and presentation skills.

Benefits:
In addition to competitive health insurance coverage for team members and their dependents, Risewell Homes also provides comprehensive benefits such as generous paid time off policies, like vacation, holidays, sick leave, jury duty, and bereavement; paid disability, parental and military leave; company-sponsored and voluntary term life, AD&D, and short- and long-term disability insurances; a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching; and a wellness incentive program to help team members thrive both personally and professionally.
Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary position. Requires the ability to hear, type and talk. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. The primary work location is a corporate office with low to moderate noise levels. Appropriate business apparel and professional appearance are expected.
The physical demands and work environment characteristics described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
