  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to develop breakthrough creative and measurable campaign performance.

Brand-to-Demand Measurement & Analytics

  • Establish and manage brand-to-demand measurement frameworks that connect brand investment to business outcomes.

  • Define and track KPIs including brand awareness, consideration, engagement, share of voice, pipeline influence, and campaign ROI.

  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to build executive reporting and actionable insights that optimize performance and investment decisions.

McLaren Partnership & Activation

  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for the Alteryx and McLaren Racing partnership.

  • Develop and execute annual activation strategies that maximize brand visibility, customer engagement, executive hospitality, employee engagement, and content opportunities.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and McLaren counterparts to deliver high-impact experiences and campaigns globally.

  • Manage sponsorship deliverables, budgets, timelines, and reporting against partnership objectives.

Global Merchandise & Vendor Management

  • Oversee Alteryx's global merchandise strategy, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.

  • Manage relationships with global merchandise vendors, including sourcing, production, fulfillment, budgeting, and quality control.

  • Develop scalable merchandise programs that support events, employee engagement, customer marketing, and executive gifting initiatives.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor internal team members and external agency partners.

  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
