Summary:
The Market Manager is responsible for properly ordering and receiving shipment that is delivered to their location, per the Lassens Receiving Procedure, ensuring inventory within their department is accurate. The Market Manager supervises and coordinates activities of Team Members in Lassens Market Department, which consists of grocery and perishables items. The Market Manager is responsible for additional tasks such as stocking, facing, inventory maintenance, providing exceptional customer service, processing special orders, and maintaining the overall appearance and integrity of the Market Department. The Market Manager creates and maintains department displays, ensures all pricing is accurate by placing the correct shelf tags and sale signs throughout the department, and shares their knowledge of Lassens monthly AD’s and sales in the Market Department with customers. The Market Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of Team Members in Lassens Market Department and providing a high level of outstanding customer service by giving prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service to all Guests. A Market Manager may be expected to obtain extensive knowledge of Natural Foods and some basic knowledge of Nutritional Supplements including vitamins, herbs, amino acids, sports nutrition, food supplements, and health and beauty aids.
