For over 25 years ERMI is a leading manufacturer of specialized orthopedic programs for physical therapists and doctors. We are a fast-growing orthopedic rehab device company that specializes in mechanical therapy for patients who have compromised joint injury or surgery. The Ermi program enables clinical improvement for patients with moderate to severe range of motion restrictions.
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
Ermi, a health-care services company, with over 25 years’ experience manufacturing specialized orthopedic programs for patients, physical therapists, and doctors is seeking a strong, trailblazing sales professional to add to our highly talented advanced sales force on our New York-based Team! We are looking for an energetic, forward-thinking sales professional to help Ermi expand into the Central NJ areas! Our New York District Team recently won our 2019 Chairmanâ€'s Club for Sales and Leadership! The Market Manager is responsible for maximizing the market share, sales, and customer satisfaction within a defined territory. This exciting position reports to our District Manager. This position was created due to immense growth for the Ermi program!
What You Will Do:
• The Market Manager is responsible and accountable for planning, obtaining, and managing existing sales accounts within a geographically defined territory to achieve and exceed business plans.
• The Market Manager is responsible to identify opportunities for growth through increased account penetration of existing and new accounts as well as new product offerings or competitive information.
• The Market Manager must provide accurate forecasts/pipeline tracking within the sales process.
• He/she is responsible and accountable to plan, organize, and orchestrate resources appropriately to maintain revenue and expense budgets on a monthly basis.
• The Market Manager must be able to lift 75lbs, routinely throughout the day.
• Significant territory field travel time is expected and required, up to approximately 75%.
• Conduct daily field sales calls.
• Conduct multiple accounts In Services per month.
• Educating Surgeons, Physical Therapist, and Patients on the most effective use of the Ermi Program.
• Working effectively with multiple clients and their staff to gain the required documentation in order to file claims on behalf of their patients.
• Communicate effectively to deliver corporate goals, respond to market trends and meet unexpected challenges involved with functioning independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of Orthopedic market dynamics or medical sales experience with a positive attitude
• Experienced and accomplished at building local markets/areas.
• Strong relationship building skills and sales skills.
• 1-2 years of Outside sales experience
• Demonstrated experience managing accounts.
• Bachelorâ€'s degree or 1-2 years of demonstrated outside sales experience
• Valid driverâ€'s license and reliable transportation.
• Technical Skills In Microsoft Office, Google, and SalesForce
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must have reliable transportation.
