About this role
As a Global Marketing Manager, you will lead a high-impact portfolio central to the future growth of the Endourology Platform within the Urological and Critical Care division. This role is responsible for both disposable products and capital equipment management, driving multiple imminent product launches and managing an existing premiere portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute bold commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets, including launching new products, revitalizing existing solutions, optimizing pricing, and expanding promotional channels.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and other functional leaders to capitalize on commercial opportunities.
  • Enhance customer experience through improved demand/supply planning, responsive support, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, crafting compelling value propositions grounded in customer insights and clinical evidence.
  • Translate market and customer insights into actionable strategies that address unmet market needs and accelerate portfolio growth.
  • Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic vendors, overseeing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

About You
To succeed in this role, you must be a strategic leader with a growth mindset, capable of navigating complexity and inspiring cross-functional teams.
Required Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of progressive marketing or commercial experience in the life sciences
  • Leadership presence with the ability to influence, negotiate, and align stakeholders through clear communication and organizational awareness
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build trust across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of translating vision into actionable marketing plans that deliver results
  • Proven success in leading global product launches and cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to travel 25%

Preferred Experience
  • Master's Degree
  • Operating room experience
  • Prior experience in Urology/Endourology field
  • Pharmaceutical or med device sales experience
